Show Vivian Johnson ToWed Ralph Marsden Ralpn Marsden. son of .'!r. and Mrs. William Marsden of this city is to be married on Monday, March 19, to Mis Vivian Johnson John-son according to an announcement announce-ment made by the intended bride's family of Grantsvil'.e. The Marriage will take lace in the Salt Lake L D S temple with Spencer W. Kimball of the quorum quor-um of the Twelve Apostles officiating. offi-ciating. Following the wedding a reception re-ception will be held in the evening eve-ning at the former home of the bride in Grantsville. The bride is a daughter of the '.are Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Johnson of Grantsville, ar.J is a graduate of the University ot Utah. An active member of the L D S church she has served as a missionary to the Southwest Indian In-dian mission. Since coming ho.ne she has been employed as a nurse at the L D S hospital in Salt Lake City. The groom is a graduate of the Parowan high school, the Branch Agricultural college and is now attending the University of Utah, majoring in music. In between he served two years in the U. S. army, and filled a mission mis-sion for the L D S church in the Northwestern states. For the past winter he has been a member of the Utah State Symphony orchestra orches-tra besides attending the U. Following their marriage they will make their home in Salt I Lake Citv at least until Ralph finishes his school. |
