Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 91-8 Please be advised that the Bountiful Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, July 9, 1991 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving disap-proving the following variance to the Zoning Ordinance: Permission to build an attached garage with a 3 ft. side yard setback (ordinance requires an 8 ft. side yard setback), and 3 ft. 6 in. rear yard setback (ordinance (or-dinance requires a 20 ft. rear yard setback). Property is located at 1 35 W. 200 S., and is owned by Rick Campbell. The public is invited to attend at-tend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, at-tend, feel free to express your opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property owner who has not received a notice of this hearing, would you please advise ad-vise them of this meeting.
