Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following -described property situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State, Far-mington, Far-mington, Utah on Monday, July 8 1991, at the hour of 9:10 a.m. by Russell S. Walker, Successor Trustee, for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a Trust Deed with Assignment of Rents ("Trust Deed") dated December 9, 1988 and executed by Everett D. Poppe and Judith K. Poppe, husband and wife, as Trustors, to secure certain obligations in favor of Newtrend Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary, and in which Zions First National Bank, N.A. is named as Trustee, which Trust Deed was recorded record-ed December 12, 1988 as Entry No. 844860, in Book 1270 at Page 207 of the Official Records of Davis County, State of Utah, describing land therein more particularly as follows: Beginning 2243.01 feet South and 2491.96 feet East and South 2 degrees 1 9 ' East 140.00 feet from the Northwest comer of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, which point is South 57 degrees East 16.0 feet and North 89 degrees 41 East 148.1 feet and South 2 degrees 19 East 140 feet from PC Station 2618.2 "C" line center line station of State Highway; thence South 87 degrees 41' West 62 feet, more or less; thence North 2 degrees 19' West 20 feet; thence South 87 degrees 41' West 37 feet, more or less, to the East line of State Highway; thence North 5 degrees 59 East 84.9 feet, more or less, along said Highway; thence Easterly 10.0 feet along South line of State Road property; thence North 5 degrees 59' East 17.0 feet, more or less, to a point 41.0 feet perpendicularly distant Southerly from the center line of Morgan Street; thence Easterly 76.0 feet, more or less parallel to said center line to a point North 2 deg. 19' West of goint of beginning; thence outh 2 degrees 19' East 121 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. and commonly known as 344 West Morgan Street, Layton, Utah 84041 . The Notice of Default was recorded record-ed January 24, 1991, as Entry No. 914720, in Book 1392, at Page 562, of the Official Records of Salt Lake County. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances, and will be for the purpose of paying obligations secured by the Trust Deed and expenses of sale as provided by law.
