Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 19th day of July, 1991, at 3:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 53, SUBURBAN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian in the City of Sunset, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 1 18 West 1425 North, Sunset, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated December 22, 1989, and was executed ex-ecuted by CLIFFORD R. ADAMS, a single man, as Trustor, and in favor of FIREMAN'S FUND MORTGAGE CORPORATION, the present Beneficiary. The present owner is reported to be CLIFFORD R. ADAMS, an unmarried person.
