Show NOTICE OF TRUSTED SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 2nd day of July, 1991, at 11:30 a.m. at the north front steps of the Davis County Courthouse located on the Southeast comer of State and Main Street, Farmington, Utah, in the county of Davis, by Stuart T. Matheson as Successor Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by NORMAN R. DOBSON AND BEVERLY BEV-ERLY J. DOBSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, dated April 15, 1988, and recorded April 21, 1988, as Entry No. 822526, in Book 1230, at Page 218, of the official records in Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of AMER1STAR FINANCIAL CORPORATION, A CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS ANDOR ASSIGNS but having been subsequently subsequent-ly assigned to TRANSOHIO SAVINGS BANK, being the current holder of the beneficial interest, by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. The fee title owner is presently reported to be Norman R. Dobson. Notice of Default was recorded on February 27, 1991, as Entry No. 918893, in Book 1397, at Page 813, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property purportedly purported-ly located at 2028 E. Ridgehill Dr., Bountiful, Utah 84010, which property is located in Davis County, State of Utah, and is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of Lot 95, Maple Hills Subdivision No. 3, Plat 'D", a part of Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running runn-ing thence North 89 deg. 00 mm. 18 Sec. East 194.74 feet; thence South 0 deg. 59 min. 42 Sec. In A 200.00 feet; thence South 89 deg. 00 min. 18 sec. West 183.68 feet; thence North 11 deg. 19 min. 43 sec. West 328.89 feet to a point on a 716.39 foot radius curve to the left (radius point bears North 6 deg. 35 min. 07 sec. West), said point also being on the southerly souther-ly right-of-way line of Ridgehill Drive; thence Easterly Easter-ly along said curve 8.04 feet to a point on a 237.54 foot radius curve to the left (radius point bears North 7 deg. 13 min. 41 sec. West); thence Easterly along said curve 17.00 feet; thence South 11 deg. 19 min. 43 sec. East 128.93 feet along the Westerly line of said Lot 95 to the point of beginning. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of the Deed of Trust, interest inter-est thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, with interest thereon as in the Note and by law provided.
