Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the north front entrance of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State Street, in the City of Faimington, County Coun-ty of Davis, State of Utah, on Thursday, March 25, 1991, at 8:05 8-m. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents, recorded April 30, 1985, in the official records of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 700770, in Book 1032, Page 1177, executed by Jaedon, Inc., as Trustor, in which Mountain Moun-tain West Savings and Loan, a Utah corporation, cor-poration, was named as the Trustee and as the original Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, Cor-poration, as Receiver for Mountain West Savings and Loan Association, a federal savings and loan association, covering real property located in the City of Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A."
