Show Ericksons celebrate 50th Myra and Larry R. Hendricks, David B. and Bette Jo Erickson, all of Bountiful; Joyce and Steven B. Denning, Logan; and Gene L. and Pamela Erickson, West Jordan. They have 27 grandchildren. Prior to the open house, the family fami-ly will attend a morning temple session ses-sion at the Salt Lake LDS Temple, followed by a luncheon at the Ristorante Delia Fontana. The family requests no gifts. The family of Austin and Norma Tuttle Erickson announce the 50th wedding of their parents and invite friends and relatives to attend an open house in their honor to be held on Friday, March 22, at the LDS Bountiful 32nd Ward cultural hall, 1 825 S. 850 E., from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The couple were married March 22, 1941 in the Manti LDS Temple. Austin was born in Spring City, and Norma was born in Manti. They met at Snow College and later graduated from Brigham Young University in 1942. Before moving to Bountiful in 1967, the Ericksons resided in Logan, South Salt Lake, and in Las Cruces and Albuquerque, N.M. Austin worked for the U.S. Soil Conservation as a soil scientist for 40 years, retiring in 1981. Norma taught school in Logan for four years and at Boulton School in Bountiful for 13 years, retiring in 1980. They are members of the Bountiful Boun-tiful 32nd Ward and have served in various positions in the LDS Church. Austin served as bishop of the Logan 19th Ward. They recently re-cently filled a mission in the Alabama Birmingham mission. Their five children and spouses I are Barry A. and Karla Erickson, r MR. AND MRS. AUSTIN ERICKSON |
