Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North door of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, on April 5, 1991, at 11:30 a.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed ex-ecuted by Scott K. Layton and Debra R. Layton, husband and wife, in favor of Aim Mortgage, Inc., which deed of trust later was assigned to MidFirst Savings & Loan Association, now known as MidFirst Bank covering property at 27 East 950 South, Layton, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: ALL OF LOT 26, EASTVIEW SUBDIVISION, No. 1 according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office.
