The raids resulted in five people being arrested. Five arrested in Parowan on drug-related charges PAROWAN - In three separate instances, five men have been arrested in Parowan for possession of a controlled substance. . A Florida man, Robert F. Lyons, 39, was arrested Feb. 20, at the Swiss Village Inn for the possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of an illegal weapon. The incident began when Parowan City Police were called in to investigate a report of a woman screaming. During the Police investigation they arrested Lyons. Scott Hart, 21, Cedar City, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance Feb. 12, when police stopped Hart originally for a traffic violation. Three other men were arrested for the possession of a controlled substance. Patrick Sullivan, Las Vegas; Michael DeCorse, Cedar City; and John Wagoner, out of town address unknown, were all arrested in Parowan. In addition to the possession charge, DeCorse was charged with other violations. Sullivan posted bail of $100 and was released. |
