Show Park tourism rises The number of visitors to Bryce Canyon National Park during September totaled 68,048, a 9 percent increase over the same month last year. Campground use was down slightly due to rainy weather, and a total of 15,120 campers stayed overnight in the park in September, announced Park Superintendent Bob Benton recently. He also noted that the uptrend in visitors was largely due to a 50 increase in-crease in the number of bus tours. During September Sep-tember nearly 10,000 persons arrived at the park by bus.
