Show Hurricane Honors Mrs. Mina Hinton Last Week As Community and Church Worker HURRICANE, Utah. More than 0 relatives and friends of "Aunt M'na" Hinton honored her with a surprise party last week in the Worth ward gymnasium. Clark Mclntyre- vocal solo, "Long, Long Ago'', Afton Gibson, accompanied by Irene Hinton; vocal duet, "Beautiful Heaven", by Mona Beatty and Wealthy Heywood; a skit representing Dr. Mclntyre and "Aunt Mina" doing a tonsil-ectomy tonsil-ectomy was presented with R. P. Woodbury as Dr. Mclntyre, Prudence Pru-dence King as "Aunt Mina", Barbara Bar-bara Bowler as the patient, and Mrs. Orval Webb as the mother. Mrs Ora Williams who is now assisting Dr. Mclntyre as nurse presented "Aunt Mina" with a beautiful corsage and the community com-munity gift of a platform rocker in appreciation of her long and efficient service, with response by the guest -of honor. The remainder re-mainder of the evening was devoted de-voted to dancing and serving ot refreshments. |
