Show y Community Crafts Exhibition At Toquerville Directed By Robert Dean TOQUERVILLE, Utah. Friday afternoon, commencing at 3:30 p. m., WPA Director Robert Dean conducted a Community Crafts exhibit in the school building. Among the exhibits shown were quilts, bedspreads, table covers, rugs, pillows, sweaters, garden products, bottled fruit, vegetables, meats and hand-made belts. The Primary had a booth at which they sold cookies. This was the first exhibit conducted con-ducted by Mr. Dean and was very successful, as nearly every family was represented with some display. dis-play. At 4:30 p.m., a ball game was played, and at 6 p. m., about 60 children participated in a Hallowe'en Hal-lowe'en party. At 9 p. m., a dance for the adults was given in the ward hall |
