Show BUNKERVILLE Bunkerville, April 9. A heavy frost last night did much damage to fruit and vegetables. It is estimated that half the grapes are frozen, and tomatoes toma-toes and melons are gone. The B. Y. U. glee club was here and gave a concert Sunday afternoon. It certainly was a grand affair. The house was crowded and everybody enjoyed it very much. The entertainment entertain-ment was of a high order. All marched in singing the B. Y. U. song. The pre-ciseness pre-ciseness in rising and seating at each number was very noticeable. Several of our teachers and students attended the junior prom at Overton last Friday night. A good time was reported. Mrs. Golda Iverson and LaVonda Day of Enterprise are here visiting their grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Leavitt, Sr. Several people are cutting their first crop of alfalfa as the cold weather stunted it. |
