Everyone is urged to utilize this time in cleaning up their premises and adjoining ad-joining street property. All rubbish from property, if raked into plies in the streets, will be picked up by trucks and hauled away. The objective of the campaign, as the name implies, is the thorough cleaning of all premises, including the houses, yards, vacant lots, and corrals, also streets, alleys and other public places. Weeds should be eradicated from streets and private premises. In addition ad-dition everything possible should be done to add to the beautification of the homes, such as painting of houses and outbuildings, the repair and painting paint-ing of fences, planting of gardens and trees, etc. |
