The project is a joint venture ot the f-orest Service and State Parks and Recreation Division. Sheep Creek Park snowmobile trail opene Long hard hours and a great deal of axe swinging have produced a challenging and beautifully scenic snowmobile trail running from Summit Park (in Daggett County) to the upper end of Sheep Creek Park. This trail runs through the timber parallel to the Toad around the upper end of Half Moon Park and on to Sheep Creek Reservoir without ever crossing the road. From there, with one crossings it continues con-tinues to the head of Sheep Creek Park. Since there is no timber cutting above this point, snowmobiles can continue on up the road to Spirit Lake. This trail was developed as part of a cooperative effort between the Flam Gorge Ranger District of the I Forest Service and the Utah St Division of Parks and Recreation Flaming Gorge. The trail head is at "Summit Springs Junction." The Deep Creek SnowmobOe t also starts at this trailhead.
