Show NOTICE NOTICE OF PETITION OF THE ASHLEY VALLEY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT FOR WATER FROM THE JENSEN UNIT OF THE CENTRAL CEN-TRAL UTAH PROJECT. In compliance with Section 73-9-17, Utah Code Annotated as amenced, NOTICE is hereby given that the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer District of Vernal, Utah, has filed a petition with the Uintah Water Conservancy District for a perpetual allotment of 4,000 acre-feet acre-feet of untreated municipal and industrial water per annum and at an approximate cost of $110.00 per acre-foot, from the Jensen Unit of the Central Utah Project. A copy of said Petition is on file in the office of the Uintah Water Conservancy Con-servancy District at its office at 28 West 3325 North, Vernal, Utah, and in the office of the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer District at its office at 85 South 200 East, Vernal, Utah 84078. The Petition comtemplates that said water will be paid for by revenues from the resale of this water and Class B assessments. The water allotted hereby is to be made available to the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District at Red Fleet Reservoir and measured for delivery to Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District at the inlet to the Tyzack Aqueduct. The point of delivery shall be at or near the end of the Tyzack Aqueduct Reach I at the proposed location of the Ashley Valley Water Purification Plant. Municipal and industrial water developed by the Jensen Unit is intended to be used and allotted to the water service area within the boundary of the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District. A hearing on said Petition will be held at the office of the Uintah Water Conservancy District at 28 West 3325 North, Vernal, Utah, on January 25, 1982 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., Mountain Standard Time. All persons interested and desiring to protest the granting of said Petition may attend such hearing and show cause in writing, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted. The failure of any person interested to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed and taken as an assent to the granting of said Petition.
