Show First city council meeting The Vernal City Council w ill consider approval of 11 new business licenses and several ordinances in their first meeting of the year this Wednesday, Jan. 6 at 7:30 p.m. The council will consider new business licenses for Dru and Marilyn Murray, Murray Enterprises, professional cleaning service; Alan Squires, Mark IV Development, Orem; Lynn Sessions and Ivan Gardiner, Valley Solar Systems, 2960 So. 670 E.; Drew Christiansen and Garold Luck, Dinaland Oil, 547 S. 1500 E.; Larry Proffitt, Proffitt Construction, 2478 W. 2500 N.; James Monroe, TYM Service and Rental Co., 18 S. 1000 E. ; Trevor W. Yeo, Metro Construction Co., Midvale; Jackie L. Ray, Jackie's Towing and Storage, 1448 E. 135 S.; Randy Searle and David Bennion, Cut Rite Glass of Utah, 390 E. Main; Calene Wales. C&U Custom Painting, 50 S. 1500 W.; Para Management, Dinosaurland KOA, Class A beer license and Sapon Security. In other business, the council will hear the Horrocks-Woods rezone request at 700 S. 1700 W. from CP-2 to Mobile Home. Nine ordinances will be considered 'by the council: 1982 City Council Meeting Schedule ordinance, 1960 Ordinances, repeal w 'r and sewer rates; Water User Oruinance, Sewer Use Ordinance, Garbage Collection Ordinance, Building Code Ordinance Amendment, Mobile Home Building Permit Ordinance, Standard Specification for the Construction of Public Works Ordinance Amendment and Main Street Improvement District Ordinance. |
