Proposals will be publicly opened in the County Commission Chambers, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on February 25, 1980, by the Uintah County Coun-ty Commission. 3. Instructions to bidders, bid-ders, specifications and forms for contract and bond, together with plans i n-nr;ic mav he nh- tained at Uintah Engineering and Land Surveying, 85 South 2nd East, P.O. Box Q, Vernal, Utah, 84078, for a cost of $30.00, not refundable. 4. The successful bidder will be required to comply comp-ly with all applicable Federal Laws, including the minimum wage rate decision of the U.S. Department of Labor. 5.
