Show City council agenda The Vernal City Council will meet in executive session at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, to discuss personnel matters concerning the city manager and city attorney, according to the city agenda released Tuesday. Following the executive session the city will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the regular meeting to discuss the city manager's yearly compensation and the employment employ-ment of a new city attorney. Last month City Attorney Richard Davidson handed the council his letter of resignation to be effective Jan. 1, 1980. Davidson has been with the city for 2'2 years. Following personnel matters, the agenda allows time for Robert Downard, police chief, to report on a joint law enforcement firearms range.
