Local oil leader elected to IPAA board Cecil C. Wall, of Altex Oil Corp. and Vernal businessman has been elected to the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) for Utah and Arizona Board of Directors. R.D. Cash, of Mountain Fuel Supply Co. was named a vice presidenl of IPAA. Under association rules, state and area vice presidents are responsible for building IPAA membership in their region, and for explaining and executing IPAA policy in that area. Members of the Board of Directors manage the business affairs of the association and assist in implementing IPAA programs. IPAA Chairman of the Board, T P. McAdams, in announcing the association's new officers from the Utah and Arizona area, said: "We face a trying time ahead in 1980, with producers fighting overregulation and counterproductive policies at every turn. Wc are grateful that this impressive im-pressive group has agreed to help us ' serve the producers of this area."
