CHAIRMAN SPEAKS A Price native, Jean Miles Westwood, who as chairman of the Democratic Dem-ocratic National Committee Commi-ttee held one of the highest high-est political offices ever achieved by a woman in the United States, will speak December 6 at 10 a.m. in the Geary Thea- ter, College of Eastern Utah. The public is invited in-vited to hear her discuss dis-cuss "The Political System -- Where its been and Where Its Going". Go-ing". Her appearance is being sponsored by the College of Eastern Utah student forums program and will be one half hour earlier than the regular forums.
