Alfred Wandke, president presi-dent of Cerro Mineral Exploration Ex-ploration Co., Inc., and Ted Miller, president of Mineral Energy Co., Salt Lake City, said the two have signed a joint agreement ag-reement on the venture involving 45 unpatented uranium claims held by Mineral Energy in that area. Exploration monies set aside by Cerro total S530.000 to be used between be-tween now and 1976. In exchange, Cerro will receive re-ceive an undivided 70 per cent interest in the claims. Mineral Energy Co., which was organized in 19 69, would consider building a concentrator near Green River if sufficient suf-ficient ore were developed, develop-ed, Affording to Wandke.
