Show W. C. T. U. WILL HOLD -STATE-CONVENTION; Approximately 40 delegates are j expected to attend the annual state convention of the Women's Christian Chris-tian Temperance union Thursday at the Immanuel Baptist church, 169 Fourth East street. It was reported re-ported Tuesday by Mrs. Hoyt -Henriques, state vice president. Starting at 10 a. m, Thursday, three sessions will be held, with memorial services led by Mrs. M. H. Parry, devotional services by Mrs. W. H. Fowls of Ogden and reports of the last year's work by state officers and department directors. di-rectors. The afternoon session will feature a talk at 3 p. m. by Dr. James T. Worlton, assistant superintendent super-intendent of Salt Lake City schools. I |
