Straup was charged with falling to yield the right of way to a pedestrian. Charles H. Morehouse, 82. of 29 South Stats street, suffered bruises when struck Tuesday evening, eve-ning, at First South and State streets, by a ear driven by Warren Sutton, 25. of 1381 Fourth East street. Sutton was charged with falling to yield the right of way. Keith Woolaey, 16, of 2591 South West Temple street, didn't stop his bicycle soon enough, and as a result re-sult suffered a severe foot laceration. lacera-tion.
