Show TWO MOTORISTS FORFEIT $250 'Not Guilty' Answer Is Given by One Forfeitures of two cash bonds, one of $190 and the other of 1100, were made In city police court Thursday by two motorists charged with drunken driving, while a third pleaded not guilty. Arrested October 1. Dr. R. S. Friel, 34, forfeited $150 cash bond when he failed to appear in court for trial today. G. S. Moffat Sr.. of 1016 Military drive forfeited $100 cash bond when he failed to appear in answer to drunken driving charges. Moffat Mof-fat was arrested on October 12 at Twenty-first South and Ninth East streets. ' Albert Harris. 26. entered a plea of not guilty to drunken driving and trial waa act for Friday. Four speeders pleaded guilty to speeding chargea and were assessed fines of $23 each. They were: Val Chapman. 21, 0 Coatsville avenue; Roy Pymm; 31, Woods Cross; Demar Haney. 22, of 1276 East Twenty-first South street, and D. E. Judd, 37, of 48 C stret. Owen Confer, It. o g260 Hampton avenue, was found not guilty on a charge of speeding. |
