Show CRASH PROVES FATALTO MAN Condition of Woman in Accident 'Poor' Traffic death had claimed th life of another Salt Laker Thursday as a woman victim of ths asm accident acci-dent was still in "poor" condition at a hospital. In two othsr accident, two women wo-men were injured and two drivers were under arrest. Frank Brydson, 22. of 481 Third East street, died at Salt Lake General Gen-eral hospital Wednesday night of injuries suffered Sunday night in a motorcycle-automobile collision in the 1100 block on South State street. His passenger on the motorcycle, Mrs. Margaret Gamble Stoll, 25. of 37 West Sixth South street, was in "poor" condition at the General hospital, where she was under treatment treat-ment for fractures of both legs. Mr. Brydson also suffered fractures frac-tures of both legs when his northbound north-bound motorcycle collided with a southbound machine reportedly driven by D. E. Folsom, 67, of 1165 South State street, who was charged with turning from a wrong lane of traffic. Mr. Brydson Is survived by his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Elisabeth Brydson; Bryd-son; three sons, Frank, Richard and Roger Brydson; three brothers, Hamilton Brydson of Salt Lake City, Oliver Brydson of Long Beach, Cal., and George Brydson of Bountiful; two sisters. Mrs. Muriel Walters of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Eleanor Butte of Long Beach: his mother. Mrs. Mary Ellen El-len Brydson, of Salt Lake City. Two women were Injured Wednesday Wednes-day night when their car collided with a taxicab at Fourth South and Third East streets. The cab driver, driv-er, Fred Johnson, 244 West North Tempi street, was charged with reckless driving and with operating operat-ing a vehicle without a driver's license. Mrs. Eva Cohn. 6. of 643 Fifth East street, was in "fairly good" condition Thursday at the L. D. S. hospital, where, she was under treatment treat-ment for probable skull fracture. Mrs. Geraldine Holman, 32, of 422 East Fifth South street, was treated treat-ed at the emergency hospital for shock and for minor cuta. Albert Harris, 2. was charged with drunken driving after a two-car two-car collision Wednesday night at Second West and Fourth South streets. |
