Show Party Is Given By Mrs. Steele Miss Frances Qualtrough, who recently returned from Washington. D. C, where ahs studied law at George Washington university, was the honored guest at a prettily arranged ar-ranged buffet supper party Wednesday Wednes-day evening, at which Mrs. R. D. Steele was hosteas, at her home on Thirteenth East street. Guests at the affair included officers of the Associated Women of Westminster, of which Miss Qualtrough is president. presi-dent.
