Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of the Ophtr Tunnel Company will be held at the office of-fice of Stewart. Stewart & Budge, No. 606-10 606-10 McCornick Block. Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, July 10th, 6906. at ten o'clock a. m., for the purpose of electing a new board of directors of paid company and to transact such ether business as may lawfully and properly come before' said meeting.
