Limited, a corporation corpor-ation under the laws of Utah, held on the 26th day of May, 1906, assessment No. 1. of ten cents per snare was levied on the capital cap-ital stock of the corporation, payable immediately im-mediately to the secretary at his office, 807 McCornick block. Any stock Upon which this assessment assess-ment snail remain unpaid on Saturday, the 80th day of June, 1906, will be delinquent, delin-quent, and advertised for sale at publlo auction, and unless payment is made before, be-fore, will be sold on Wednesday, the ISth day of July. 1906, at 10 o'clock a. m. of ssld day, at the said office of the under-sieved, under-sieved, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the costs of advertising and expense of sale.
