OCR Text	Show SPECIAL STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING. Notice is hereby given that there will be a special stockholders' meeting of the Red Wing Gold Mining Company at the offices of the company, rooms 306-808 306-808 Auerbach Bldg.. Salt Lake City. Utah, on Friday, July 20th, 1906, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon. First: For the purpose of considering the advisability or disincorporating said company, and authorising any acts necessary ne-cessary to disincorporate the same. Second: To transact any other business which requires the attention of the stockholders stock-holders before dlsincorporatlon.
