Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the stockholders of the York Mining Company at the offices of-fices of the company, rooms 306-308 Auerbach Auer-bach Bldg., Salt Lake City, Utah, on the 20th day of July, 1906, at the hour of 11 o'clock a. m. Tirst: For the purpose of considering the advisability of disincorporating the company, and authorizing such steps as are necessary to disincorporate the same. Second: To transact any other business which may require ,the attention of the company. Done by order of the President at Salt Lake City, Utah, this 18th day of June A. D. 1906. F. M.
