Show "BUFFALO" JONES ON THE WAY TO MONTANA "Buffalo" Jones, C. J. Jones of Topeka, Kan., arrived in Salt Iike this morning and is a guest for a few days' of the Ken-von. Ken-von. Mr. Jones gained his sobriquet of "Buffalo" from his intimate knowledge of this now almost extinct member of the bovine species, having had charge of the Yellowstone park for the Government in years past. Mr. Jones Is now devoting his attention to the propagation of a new species of bfef cattle called "ratalo," a combination of the word "cattle" and the word "buffalo." "buf-falo." Mr. Jones Is now on his way to Montana whence he will bring about December De-cember 15 or 20 a trainload of the new animals ani-mals which are to be taken to Arizona. |
