In brief, the agreement I. to the effect that, during the Irrigating season, the city Is to furnish the Lower Mill Creek Irrigation eom-1-any with 'irrigating Vater from Utah lake. In exchange for the Mill creek water owned by the company. By this exchange the city will Mture an average of 2.000.000 gallons of pure mountain water a dy.
