Show : 4 Miss Notions of 1916 Wedding Plans Told At Formal Tea At a prettily appointed afternoon tea Saturday, the engagement of Miss Beverlee Graham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Howard Graham of Provo, and Taylor Reyn- I k ' ? " V v v X if. ' i ' , V ? olds, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Reynolds Jr., of this city, was announced. an-nounced. Guests were greeted at the entrance en-trance of the Graham home by Julie and Jeff Johnson, 2-year-cld twins attired as bride and groom, who handed each guest a scroll which read, "Beverlee and Taylor, October 9th." Mrs. Graham and Mrs. Reynolds received the guests. Mrs. William Firmage ,and Mrs. Rulon Johnson poured, while Mrs. Arnold Graham Gra-ham and Miss Nanalee Reynolds served. For the occasion, Miss Graham was attired in a white crepe formal for-mal accented by cap sleeves and sequin trim. She carried white roses, i She is a graduate of the B. Y. high school and attended the B. Y. U. three years where she was affiliated with the O. S. Travata social unit. She is also a graduate gradu-ate of Henegar's Business college, Salt Lake City. Mr. Reynolds spent two years at the University of Utah, later serving on an L D S mission in Texas. He attended the B. Y. U. and was a member of the Bricker social unit. The young couple are planning to make their, home in Provo for the present, while Mr. Reynolds completes his senior year at the B. Y. U. MARTHA VICKERS, lovely Warner Bros, star, soon to appear ap-pear in "The Big Sleep", has been" chosen by the National Notion Association as "Miss Notions of 1946." A perfect example of good , grooming from head to toe, Miss Vickers was the unanimous choice for this honor. To help all women attain this much-desired, well-groomed well-groomed appearance is one of the aims of National Notion Week, being observed in retail stores throughout the country September |
