B.Y.U. PROFESSOR TO DISCUSS TAXES AT JAYCEE MEETING Ed M. Rowe will address the dinner meeting of the local Junior Chamber of Commerce this evening eve-ning at 8 p. m., at Memorial hall. A member of the Brigham Young university faculty and president of the Utah County Tax Association, Associa-tion, Professor Rowe will discuss the subject of taxes and explain the effect of current tax policies in the American way of life. A. H. Mortensen, president of the club, will be in charge of the meeting and urges a full .attendance .attend-ance of members. A large group of local Junior Chamber . members attended an inter-state meeting on Wednesday evening at Salt Creek canyon.
