Show BLIND MAN SUFFERS CONCUSSION OF BRAIN An dre v. Noren, 64 years of age, 104 Xorth Seventh West street, sustained a j-'itrht concussion of the brain with minor bruises and lacerations when he was struck by an eastbound Flrt South street car at Second East street yesterday. He was removed from the emergency hospital, hos-pital, where he was first taken, to the Tj. IX S. hospital last night. The accident occurred when the man, blind and partially deaf, failed to become aware of the approaching car. He stopped for a moment beside the track, giving the niotorman of the street car the impression impres-sion that he was waiting for it to pass, then, as it neared, stepped on the track. Owing to his ndvanced age, his condition is not favorable, it was reported at the hospital. |
