Show must be addressed -o Albert D. Thomas, secretary of the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, and marked in the lower left-hand corner, "Kids." or such bids can be delivered to the board of regents at the time and the place of opening open-ing same (University of Utah. 9:30 a. m.). Where possible, analysis of the coal should accompany the bid. A certified check on some bank in Salt Lake City, Utah, at least five (f-) per cent of the amount of the bid. must be 'inciosed. Each check is to be made payable pay-able to the undersigned, and is to be forfeited for-feited to the undersigned in case the bid is accepted and the bidder does not enter into the contract and bond within five days hereinafter mentioned. A bond must be furnished for one-half the amount of the bid, with -"ood and sufficient sureties, all satisfactory and acceptable to the undersigned.
