Show EDWARD BROWN, poultry poul-try lecturer, who will speak at Hotel Utah May 7. EXPERT Oil POULTRY WILL LECTURE HERE Edward Brown, writer and lecturer on poultry, who for the past forty years has devoted himself to pioneer work in poultry poul-try husbandry, will address chicken fanciers fan-ciers at an open meeting at the Hotel Utah May 7 at 8 o'clock. Mr. Brown, who writes under the pen name of Stephen Beale, published his first book, "Profitable Poultry Keeping," In 1884. The book attained great popularity, popu-larity, and led to the author's becoming conneoted with the Albany Cultivator, in which publication his articles have appeared ap-peared from time to time and have had great influence upon poultry development in the United States. His subject will be: "War Conditions and the Food Situation in Europe." He will talk under the auspices of the Utah Agricultural college and the food administration. |
