A committee from the .American stl.i conference Will leae soon for Wahinpton to present the reijuest of the pold produoers of the west to Secretory McAdoo and the senate committee com-mittee on mines and mining, actordin to a decision arrived at this morning at a meeting of the executive committee of the organization and Senator Charles B. Henderson Hen-derson of N'evada. i-hainnan of toe committee com-mittee on mines and mining, and Director of the Mint Uayniond T Baker. Senator Henderson told the mine operators op-erators that lie would call a special meeting meet-ing of the committee on mines and mining min-ing the minute the gold producers wore ready to present their case.
