Budapest newspapers news-papers report that Field Marshal Paul Kestranek, commander m chief in the Prague district, and Field Marshal Kd-uard Kd-uard Zananton handed over all the military mili-tary authority to the Czech committee on Monday. Count Andrassy, the Austro-Hungarian foreign minister, has entered into diplomatic diplo-matic relations with members of the Czecho-Slovak government in Paris, according ac-cording to the Hungarian newspaper 'oiody List-y.
