"Billy" Sunday Sun-day slammed the kaiser, da.mned the I. W. W., wrestled the devil all over the platform, waved a rhetorical Old Glory over the 4r,0Oi) men and women during the day in his big tabernacle till they became be-came as patriotically enthusiastic, as his own perspiring self, and had every one of his first three crowded revival meetings "with him" all the way in the opening of his Washington campaign today. Wit h a choir of 1500 voices, two long distance piano players and Homer Rhode-heaver Rhode-heaver with his big trombone, the crowd soon was sinning with as great a vim as ! ever rattler! the rafters of a 'Tdll" Sun- day tabernacle, and no small part was taken by the hundreds of soldiers, sailors and marines who had a special section of t heir own.
