Show West Not Congested. ST. PAUL, Jan. 6. Despite Director General McAdoo's order cutting passenger passen-ger train service in the east, railroad officials of-ficials here do not believe there will be any curtailing of service in the northwest. north-west. Statements made by George T. Plade. vice president of the Northern Pacific railroad, Saturday, to the effect that he was not preparing to take off any passenger pas-senger trains and that tourists shosid J travel as usual, were confirmed by the director di-rector general. Railroad men here say they do not believe be-lieve the government will judge the general gen-eral 'railroad situation by the .congested i condition of the Baltimore & Ohio and 1 the Pennsylvania lines. Similar conditions condi-tions do not exist in the northwest, they assert, and the same war measures are not necessary here. W. P.
