RUSSEL L. TRACY IS 'SANTA' TO NEWSBOYS Presents 100 of Them With $1 Each; They in Turn Help Sick Companions. One hundred happy newsboys filed out of the Tracy Loan & Trust company building yesterday with broad smiles ou their faces. In the tightly clenched hand of each youngster there was a shining silver dollar, the Christmas gift of Russel L. Tracy. The lads were about to break for the stores which contained treasures which before were on!' dreams, but now were within their grasp. A small lad with a grimy complexion stayed the rush and shouted: ' Say, fellers, what about three of the bunch who are sick and can 't get out? ' ' "Let's donate something for them," yelled another. While one of the youngsters young-sters held his hat nickels, dimes and even quarters were deluged upon the holder until he had a total of $24. Then the boys purchased gifts for the unfortunate unfor-tunate boys who were ill. A trip was made to their homes with groceries, meats and shoes.
