Guilty of Manslaughter. Special to The Tribune. - POCATELLO, Idaho, Dec. 23. The jury in the case of Rinaldo Aristedemo brought in a verdict of first-degree manslaughter with a recommendation for life imprisonment. impris-onment. The offense of which the accused man was convicted was the killing of Faba. Favero, an attractive young Italian woman, wo-man, who at the time of the murder was living with her husband in this city. Aristedemo had become infatuated with Mrs. Favero, and when she refused to eiope with him he shot her three times.
