Show BROKERS OPTIMISTIC H Hi Report Increasing Inquiry for Utah Issues Listed on Local Exchange. Considering that there was but a half session on the local exchange yesterday, the trading whs heavy. The stocks of the producing mines came in for a large portion of the business. The prospective producers were also stronger, the an"-vanes an"-vanes In Emma Copper and South Ilecla being the features. The market is showing show-ing a greater degree of stability and brokers bro-kers take an optimistic view of the immediate im-mediate future. Inquiry from eastern points Is reported growing stronger and as a cosequence the market is growing broader. Alta Tiger was weaker, selling at i cents; Albion advanced to 31 cents. Big Cottonwood sold lower at 5 cents and Columbus Extension was weaker, selling at 16J cents. Emma Copper advanced to 44 cents. Rexall sold at 91 cents, Reed s Peak at 13J cents. Tar Baby at ?i cents and West Toledo at 1U cents. The Tin-. Tin-. tics were stronger. May Day selling at 23 cents. Uncle Sam at 5 cents and Yankee Yan-kee Consolidated advanced to 20 cents. Plutus sold at 7J cents and Keystone at lni cents. Cednr-Talismari was active at 4 cents and Moscow sold at 4S cents. Pnion Chief brought 2 cents. Wtlbcrt whs active at lo cents and Prince Consolidated Con-solidated at 79 cents. Among the higher-priced higher-priced stocks Silver Klmr Coalition sold at S3.40. Silver King Consolidated at $2.10 and South Hecla at $1.07t. The total number of shares sold amounted to 40,1221. at a valuation of JS952.
