COCAINE VICTIM CARRIES OFF MUCH COUGH SYRUP Stewart Johnson, a cocaine fiend, was discovered at 2:30 o'clock this (Tuesday) morning In the basement of the Brlce drug store. In the Kcnyon hotel building, attempting to make way with the store's stock of cough medicine. Johnson gained entrance to tho drug store basement by breaking a window botween the basement and the Kcnvon hotel wash room. Ho was found by Night Watchman White trying to carry off a box loaded down with bottles bot-tles of cough syrup. He also had his pockets filled with couph syrup. He was so much under the lnllucnce of cocaine when taken to the police station that he could not explain his action. In fact, after "coming to," he wanted to Know where the many bottles came from. Johnson John-son Is well known In Snlt Lake and was formerly a druggist.
