Llljenqulst of llyrnm this afternoon was sentenced to thirty days In the county jull for contempt con-tempt of court by Judge W. W. Maughn. Llljenqulst was a member of tho Jury that tried Dr. Scth M. Wells last October on ri charge of malpractice hero and while In the Jury box h; became so intoxicated in-toxicated that later Judge Maughn hnd to set the verdict aside and grant a new trial to Wells. , , t Since that time Llljenqulst has kept out of the court's .way and thinking all trouble had blown over, camo back to the county and was apprehended. 9
