Notlco Is horoby given that at a meeting meet-ing ot tho directors, duly held Dccombcr 20, 2909, an assessment of one-half of a cent per sharo per month, for three months, was levied on tho outstanding capital stock of the corporation, payablo to M. B. Johnson, at room 50G Atlas block, a3 follows: Ono-half cent per share, payable Immediately. Im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 19th day of January, 1910, will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before, be-fore, will bo sold on tho 3rd day of February, Feb-ruary, 1910, to pay the delinquent assessment, assess-ment, together with tlio cost of advertising adver-tising and expense of sale.
