South Tcnihlc street car at Fourth East and Brlgham streets Saturday evening. Relatives of the woman arc desirous that an inquest be held, but, according to Justice Hanks, thcro has not been sufficient suf-ficient evidence to warrant the holding of nn Inquest. Justice Hanks examined several witnesses Monday nnd will continue con-tinue his Investigations today. County Attorney Job P. Lyon expressed thc opinion thnt the evidence did not Justify thc holding or tho inquest, as thc fads in tlic case clearly Indicated that tlic killing of Mrs. Berryman was purely accidental, ac-cidental, without blame to any one. Thc Infant of Mrs. Berryman. which wns severely Injured at the time thc mother was killed. Is getting along well, according to reports from tho L. T. S. hospital and will recover. Thc funeral of Mrs. Borryman will be hold from St. Paul's church at 1 o'clock this afternoon, with burial In Mt. Olivet Oli-vet cemetery. All Rebckahs arp invited to attend. |
