Danny Maher returned to the saddle today to-day and won tho principal race, the Nottinghamshire breeders' foal plate of C0O, with Cap and Gown. Rain Postpones Races. COLUMBUS. O.. Aug. 15. Rains today caused the postponement of tho first day's programme of the first International Interna-tional Breeders' race meeting, which was to have started this afternoon.
